1.背景信息 Background

統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示,我國建筑能耗約占全國總能耗的28%,在我國每年新建的20億平方米建筑中,其中99%是高能耗建筑;而既有的建筑中,僅有4%采取了節(jié)能措施,具有巨大的節(jié)能空間,能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)推廣已經(jīng)勢在必行。節(jié)能降耗,計(jì)量先行。

濰坊風(fēng)尚米蘭位于濰坊高密,處于山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和膠東半島產(chǎn)業(yè)聚焦區(qū)的核心地帶及“青濰整體化"的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)。

建筑配電箱里的安科瑞DTSD1352電能表均接入Acrel-5000能耗監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),對電能消耗的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)管,隨時掌握能耗情況,提高節(jié)能意識。

Weifang Fashion Milan is located in Gaomi, Weifang, at the core of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and the Jiaodong Peninsula Industrial Focus Zone and an important node of "QingWei Integration".

The Acrel DTSD1352 electric energy meters in the building distribution box are all connected to the Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system to supervise the electric energy consumption, keep abreast of the energy consumption, and improve the awareness of energy saving.

3.系統(tǒng)架構(gòu) Structure

安科瑞Acrel-5000能耗分析管理系統(tǒng)以工作站主機(jī)、通訊設(shè)備、測控單元為基本工具,為大型公共建筑的實(shí)時數(shù)據(jù)采集及遠(yuǎn)程管理提供了基礎(chǔ)平臺,它可以和其他樓宇自動化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)構(gòu)成復(fù)雜的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該能耗系統(tǒng)主要采用分層分布式計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),如系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)圖所示:

4.1能耗綜合主界面 Platform Overview

通過系統(tǒng)主界面可以反映各分店用能各分類能耗和折算為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤的綜合能耗,并計(jì)算單位面積能耗。

The main interface of the system can reflect the energy consumption of each branch and the comprehensive energy consumption converted into standard coal, and calculate the energy consumption per unit area.


4.2分項(xiàng)用電數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì) Itemized electricity consumption data statistics

將電耗進(jìn)行逐時、逐日、逐月、逐年統(tǒng)計(jì)。統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)采用餅圖、柱狀圖、線圖、區(qū)域圖等各種圖形展示方式,直觀反映各項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)值、趨勢和分布情況。

The system makes hourly, daily, month-by-month and year-by-year statistics of power consumption.The statistical data are presented by pie chart, bar chart, line chart, area chart and other graphics, which can directly reflect the value, trend and distribution of various statistical data.

4.3用電支路趨勢分析 Trend analysis of branch circuit 

統(tǒng)計(jì)各區(qū)域、各設(shè)備電能消耗,準(zhǔn)確定位用電消耗回路,制定節(jié)能績效考核制度,推動節(jié)能降耗的合理執(zhí)行。為用能設(shè)備建立運(yùn)行記錄檔案,長期跟蹤記錄設(shè)備運(yùn)行過程中的能效分析評估結(jié)果,結(jié)合設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)記錄,為設(shè)備的運(yùn)行維護(hù)提供依據(jù)。

4.4能耗數(shù)據(jù)同環(huán)比分析 Comparative analysis of energy consumption data

將各種類型和各主要耗能設(shè)備的能耗與去年同期值和上月值進(jìn)行同比環(huán)比分析,檢驗(yàn)節(jié)能效果,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果執(zhí)行節(jié)能績效考核,以及節(jié)能目標(biāo)的修正。

通過高精度智能儀表以技術(shù)手段實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化全實(shí)時、高密度的實(shí)時用能監(jiān)測,減少用能的計(jì)量誤差。實(shí)時監(jiān)視現(xiàn)場儀表的回傳數(shù)據(jù),對電能進(jìn)行合理的管控和預(yù)警,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并改正運(yùn)行中存在的用電異常,隨時處理。按需設(shè)置重要設(shè)備的超標(biāo)預(yù)警值,超標(biāo)時醒目提醒并主動記錄。
